1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing, browsing, or using the website https://www.datatraining.com.au/ (the "Site") and purchasing or using any courses, content, or services provided by Data Training (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

You acknowledge that the software, platforms, and technology tools taught in our courses (e.g., OpenAI, Google, Microsoft etc) are subject to frequent updates and changes by their respective developers.
A. Snapshots in Time
- Screenshots & Videos: Course materials, including video walkthroughs, screenshots, and downloadable guides, depict the software as it existed at the time of recording.
- UI Discrepancies: The actual live interface, menus, feature names, or workflows of the software you use may differ from what is shown in the course due to recent updates by the software provider.
B. Templates and Tools
- "As Is" Basis: All templates, code snippets, and exercises are provided and offered on an "as is" basis. We cannot guarantee that third-party platforms will continue to support the specific features or code used in our templates.
- Best Efforts: While we make every reasonable effort to keep our materials up to date, we are not liable for discrepancies between our course content and the current live versions of third-party tools.
4. ACCOUNTS AND SECURITY
To access certain features of the Site, you may be required to register for an account.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account details. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- No Sharing: Your account is for your personal use only. Sharing login credentials with others (e.g., sharing a single course purchase among a team) is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

We use Thinkific Payments and third-party gateways (such as Stripe and PayPal) to process payments.
- PCI-DSS Compliance: We do not store or collect your credit card details. We rely on the PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliance of our third-party processors to ensure the security of your financial data.
- Consent: By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of the applicable payment processor.
B. Taxes
All prices are listed in the currency displayed on the checkout page. If you are located in Australia, prices are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. For international students, you are responsible for any applicable local taxes or VAT.
6. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
A. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in these Terms purports to modify or exclude the guarantees, rights, and remedies provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
B. Refund Policy
Unless a specific "Money-Back Guarantee" is explicitly stated on the sales page for a specific course:
- Digital Goods: Due to the immediate nature of digital content delivery, we generally do not offer refunds for "change of mind" once a course has been accessed.
- Major Faults: If the course content is defective, corrupt, or significantly different from the description, you are entitled to a refund or replacement in accordance with the ACL.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
A. Our IP
