About the Creators

I started my career as a team member and I had to learn the hard way that simply following orders and staying quiet is a fast track to being overlooked. While I was training as aArmy Reserve Infantry Officer and later as I took up different leadership roles I quickly realized that the true driving force of any successful organization isn't just the leader—it's the active, critical-thinking team members who execute the vision of the organisation.  With a PhD in Computing, international experience in research, and a deep background in strategic leadership, I have dedicated my career to building high-performing teams. I created Leadership for Team Members to share the frameworks, communication tactics, and self-management strategies that I learned the hard way throughout my career.
