About the Creators

I didn't start my career with emotional intelligence. It is a vital skillset that I have actively learned, practiced, and refined throughout my entire career. Working as a young executive, I quickly realized a hard truth: technical brilliance only gets you so far. The real differentiator between an average group of employees and a truly successful organization is Emotional Intelligence. Throughout my time in leadership positions, I have dedicated myself to teaching these soft skills to others, allowing me to build proven, high-performing teams that communicate clearly and thrive under pressure.
