About the Creators

With over 30 years of senior leadership experience in Government and a PhD in Computing focusing on predictive analytics and AI , I have lived the transition from managing raw data to driving enterprise-wide strategy. I've built a Data Analytics team from scratch , ultimately delivering over 600 reports and dashboards and achieving millions in productivity gains. Through this work,  I learned a critical lesson: technical expertise is just the baseline. The true differentiator in a complex organization is the ability to translate strategic vision into tangible results. I created The AI Enhanced Strategist to share the frameworks I've both used and taught in the United States and Australia. Combining my technical background in machine learning with a humanistic leadership style, my goal is to help you leverage AI to not only predict outcomes , but to lead high-performing, forward-thinking teams.
